BetConstruct Live Casino Review: Games, Licences and US Access

BetConstruct is a Malta- and UK-licensed B2B supplier that builds sportsbook, casino and live dealer software for other operators; its live casino now runs under the CreedRoomz brand with more than 25 games across 200 tables. It does not run a casino of its own, so players only meet its tables through a licensee’s lobby. As of October 2026 we found no BetConstruct live tables at state-licensed US casinos or in the live lobbies of the four offshore sites we review.

This review covers who owns BetConstruct, the licences it publishes, the full live game catalog, how the tables play on a phone and what the US situation really is. The older version of this page was written for Australian bettors and described BetConstruct as a review website; both points were wrong and have been removed.

Who owns BetConstruct?

BetConstruct describes itself as “an integral part of SoftConstruct”, a technology group that it says employs more than 6,000 people across 16 branch offices. SoftConstruct also owns the live casino label CreedRoomz, the data business FeedConstruct and the VBET betting brand. BetConstruct’s company page names Vigen Badalyan as co-founder and Leonid Kirakosyan as CEO, and says the business has more than 20 years in the industry.

The licensed trading company is Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd. Its site footer states that the Malta Gaming Authority licenses it under Gaming Service Licence MGA/B2B/286/2014, issued on 1 August 2018, and that it holds UK Gambling Commission account 40767 for services to Great Britain. A B2B licence covers supplying games and platforms to operators; it does not make any casino that uses BetConstruct software licensed in your state.

Licences BetConstruct lists for its live casino

The live casino product page shows a licence strip for Malta, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Romania and Sweden. Its FAQ on the same page lists MGA (Malta), UKGC, Sweden, and Latvia and Lithuania, with Argentina, Denmark and Romania “in progress”. The two lists do not match on Romania, so treat that one as unconfirmed until the Romanian regulator’s register shows it. None of the listed jurisdictions is a US state.

BetConstruct live casino games

CreedRoomz offers its own tables through a single API, alongside third-party live studios that operators can add on the same platform. These are the in-house titles named on the product page in October 2026:

BetConstruct also sells a progressive side jackpot called BlackJackpot, a tournament system with leaderboards, and free-chip bonus tools that the casino controls from its back office. Whether a given casino switches these on is the operator’s choice, not the player’s.

Games that have come and gone

The catalog changes. In August 2020 BetConstruct launched Switch BlackJack, a three-seat table where each player bet on two boxes and could switch combinations between them; trade press called it the studio’s fourth live release of that summer. How BetConstruct makes money (and why that matters to players)

BetConstruct prices its live product for operators, not players. The product page lists a €10,000 setup fee for the live casino software (€15,000 for the full gaming suite) and a revenue share of 15% to BetConstruct and 85% to the partner on its turnkey solution, or 30% and 70% on white label. A white-label casino can be launched on BetConstruct’s licence and platform with little more than a brand, which is why the same tables appear under many different casino names.

For a player, that model has two consequences. First, the table rules and limits you see are set partly by the operator, so the same game can carry different minimums at two casinos. Second, a complaint about a payout goes to the casino that holds your account and to that casino’s regulator, not to BetConstruct.

Fairness and table technology

The product page says all live games are video-recorded around the clock, monitored live by a supervision team and audited by internal teams, and that any RNG elements are tested by independent third parties. Players can chat with dealers, follow several games at once in multi-game view, and switch camera angles on supported tables. Broadcast languages include Armenian, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, English, Ukrainian, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian.

Operators who want something exclusive can order dedicated tables with their own branding and dealers, a “Land to Live” setup that streams tables from a physical casino floor, or a chroma-key virtual studio. BetConstruct names Auto Roulette and Kickoff Roulette as games it builds into these custom studios.

Does BetConstruct work on mobile?

Yes. BetConstruct lists Web, Mobile, iOS, Android and Retail as supported channels, and its live tables run in the browser on phones and tablets. The multi-game view is designed for desktop screens; on a phone you get one table at a time with a compact betting grid. The casino, not BetConstruct, decides whether there is a downloadable app.

How to check a casino that runs BetConstruct tables

Because BetConstruct powers white-label and turnkey casinos, a “Powered by BetConstruct” badge tells you who built the software, not who holds your money. Before playing at any casino that uses its tables, run through these checks:

1. Find the operator’s own licence. The footer should name the company that runs the casino and its licence number. Look that number up on the regulator’s public register rather than trusting a logo.
2. Read the table rules in the game. The help screen on each BetConstruct table lists decks, payouts and side bets. Classic BetConstruct blackjack uses 8 decks with double after split and surrender, but casinos set their own limits.
3. Check how live games count toward a bonus. Many casinos exclude live dealer play from wagering or count it at a low rate; our rating method explains why we weigh bonus terms this way.
4. Know where to complain. Disputes go to the casino first and then to its regulator or an approved dispute service. BetConstruct, as the supplier, does not handle player complaints.

Two features deserve a closer look before you use them. Freebet Blackjack gives free doubles and splits on certain hands, but Free Bet formats usually recover that cost with a rule that a dealer 22 pushes, so read the help screen before playing. Cashout Blackjack and the “double or nothing” option on side-bet wins add volatility rather than value, since each extra gamble carries the same house edge as the bet it extends.

Can US players find BetConstruct live tables?

Not legally inside the regulated US market, as far as we can find. Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI); Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 Jul 2026) that has not launched (Oct 2026). Every game supplier in those markets needs approval from the state regulator, and we found no BetConstruct or Soft Construct approval in them. Live dealer tables at state-licensed casinos come mainly from Evolution, which supplies only state-licensed US casinos; see our Evolution review.

Offshore is a different picture, but BetConstruct is not part of it either. When we checked the live lobbies of Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline on 6 October 2026, none of them listed BetConstruct or CreedRoomz tables. Their live dealer games came from studios such as Visionary iGaming (VIG), Fresh Deck Studios and the BetGames draw games. Those four sites are offshore and hold no US state licence. If a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed, there is no state regulator to complain to and your balance is not protected. Massachusetts’ Attorney General sent a cease-and-desist letter to Bovada’s operators on 3 October 2024, and Michigan’s Gaming Control Board ordered MyBookie to stop serving Michigan players in January 2025.

Our verdict

BetConstruct is a large, licensed supplier with a broad live catalog and an unusual commercial model that lets almost anyone launch a branded casino on its platform. That breadth is useful to operators, but it also means the quality of your experience depends far more on the casino than on BetConstruct. For US players the practical answer is simple: its tables are not offered by state-licensed casinos or by the four offshore sites we track, so there is no BetConstruct table to recommend in the US today.
