About Live Casino Reports

Contact Live Casino Reports

How to contact Live Casino Reports: email the editorial team about corrections, reviews or a casino we list, and where to take a dispute with a casino.

An empty card table in an evening casino lounge

The quickest way to reach Live Casino Reports is by email: [email protected]. Our editorial team reads every message, whether it is a correction, a question about a review or a complaint about a casino we list.

Before you write, it helps to know what we can and cannot do. We publish guides and reviews of live dealer games and casinos. Live Casino Reports does not run a casino, hold player accounts or have any power over an operator’s payments, so a dispute about your balance has to go through the casino and its licensing authority. The sections below explain where to send each kind of request.

Corrections

Accuracy matters more to us than speed. When you report an error, say which sentence is wrong and why. We verify the claim against the regulator, the operator’s own terms or the game studio’s documentation, and if the page was wrong we correct it, update its date and add a short note describing the change. Typos are fixed without a note. The full process is in the corrections policy on our About Us page, and the scoring method behind our reviews is on How We Rate.

If you have a dispute with a casino

Live Casino Reports cannot mediate between players and casinos. The route that works depends on who licensed the casino:

  1. Start with the casino. Use its live chat or support email, keep a copy of every reply, and ask for a written explanation of any withheld payment.
  2. State-licensed casinos (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island): if the casino does not resolve it, file a complaint with the state gaming regulator that licenses it, for example the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board or the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
  3. Curaçao-licensed casinos: the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not mediate individual disputes. After the casino’s own process, you can go to one of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies the CGA has certified, seven of them on its list dated 31 August 2026.
  4. Anjouan-licensed casinos: the authority does not handle complaints itself. Complaints go through the licence seal on the casino’s site; the operator has 30 days to respond (game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 days), and unresolved cases go to an ADR service the operator pays for.
  5. Casinos with no US state licence (including Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline, which we review): no US state regulator will take your complaint, and your balance is not protected the way it is at a state-licensed site. Read the licence line in each of our reviews before you deposit.

Each of our casino reviews, such as Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline, names the licence the operator cites and its known regulatory history.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact Live Casino Reports?

Email [email protected]. Put the page address in the subject or first line if your message is about a specific article, so it reaches the right editor.

Can Live Casino Reports help me get my casino winnings paid?

No. We are a publisher, not a regulator or a mediator, and we cannot see or act on your casino account. Complain to the casino first, then use the complaint route of the authority named in its licence. We do read every complaint about a casino we list and take it into account when we re-check the review.

How do I report a mistake on the site?

Email the page address, the statement you think is wrong and, if you have one, a source. Verified errors are corrected and, when a fact changes, the page gets a short dated correction note.

Do you accept paid reviews or guest posts?

No. Operators cannot buy a review, a rating or its conclusions. Commercial enquiries are welcome by email, but every listed casino must accept players from the page’s target country and pass the same fact checks as any other.
