BetGames Review: Live Draw Games, Licences and US Sites

BetGames review: the Lithuanian studio behind Lucky 7, Lucky 6 and Dice Duel, its UK and Malta licences, game returns and which US-facing sites carry it.

A live casino control room with monitors showing table feeds

BetGames is a Lithuanian live games supplier, trading through UAB “TV Žaidimai” in Vilnius, that has streamed fixed-odds draw, dice and card games around the clock since its first Lucky 7 draw in January 2012. It holds a UK Gambling Commission licence (account 41022) and a Malta recognition notice, and says it serves more than 250 partners. In the US, its games are not offered by state-licensed casinos as far as we can find, but Bovada, Ignition and MyBookie all carried BetGames titles such as Lucky 7, Lucky 6 and Dice Duel in October 2026.

This review covers the company, its licences, the main games with their returns, how the games play on mobile, and exactly where US players meet them. Older text on this page claimed studios and bet limits we could not confirm; those claims are gone.

What makes BetGames different

Most live studios deal blackjack, roulette and baccarat to seated players. BetGames started somewhere else: short, broadcast-style draws that run on a fixed schedule, with odds shown on a betting slip the way a sportsbook shows them. Its own pitch to operators is that it turns “recreational bettors into casino players”, and the games are built to sit inside a sportsbook as easily as inside a casino lobby.

That design has three practical effects. Rounds run on a timer whether or not anyone is betting, so you cannot slow the game down. Payouts are quoted as decimal odds that include your stake (a 1.90 price returns $1.90 for every $1 bet), not as “to 1” ratios. And because every player bets on the same draw, there is no seat to wait for.

The main BetGames games and their returns

Game How it works Return to player
Lucky 7 7 balls drawn from 42 (21 black, 21 yellow); bet on totals, colors, numbers 95.0% on the sum over/under 150.5 and on one chosen ball (Wizard of Odds); 78.05% on two chosen balls
Lucky 6 6 balls drawn, numbered 0 to 9 in red and blue, so values can repeat; bets on numbers, three zones, colors and totals; a draw every 4 minutes (BetGames) About 95% (BetGames)
Lucky 5 5 balls drawn from 36, in four colors Not published per bet
Dice Duel Red and blue die thrown together; 13 outcomes, odds from 1.01 to 500 About 95% (BetGames); 93.75% to 95% per bet (Wizard of Odds)
War of Bets, Bet on Poker, Bet on Baccarat, 6+ Poker Card games where you bet on which hand wins, as a spectator Varies by bet
Wheel of Fortune, Speedy 7, Lucky Kicks Wheel and quick-draw formats Varies by bet
Blackjack, Immortal Blackjack, Speed Baccarat, Flash Roulette Newer table games added from 2024 Check the in-game help

A 95% return means that, over a long run, $100 of bets returns about $95. That is a 5% house edge, similar to an American roulette wheel (5.26%) and well above the 1.06% on the Banker bet in baccarat. Our guides to Dice Duel, Lucky 6 and the BetGames section of our Lucky 7 page break the bets down one by one.

Licences and fairness

BetGames’ site footer says UAB “TV Žaidimai” is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account 41022, and by the Malta Gaming Authority under recognition notice RN/125/2019 (B2B, Type 1, issued 18 April 2019). Its licence panel also names Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Bulgaria and South Africa, with a Western Cape Government badge for South Africa.

Draws use physical ball machines and dice on camera, and every round’s result is posted to a results history in the game. A licence in these markets means the studio’s equipment and processes are checked by those regulators; it does not make a casino that carries BetGames licensed in your state.

Playing BetGames on mobile

BetGames games run in the casino’s browser lobby on phones and tablets. The company highlights a “graphical UI mode” for slower connections, which replaces parts of the video with a graphic display so the betting slip stays usable. Because draws run every few minutes on a schedule, a short mobile session usually means a handful of rounds, and the betting window closes before each draw starts.

Where can US players find BetGames?

Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI); Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 Jul 2026) that has not launched (Oct 2026). We found no BetGames approval with the regulators in those states, so its games are not part of the state-licensed market.

Offshore, BetGames is easy to find. On 6 October 2026, the live lobby data at Bovada and Ignition named BetGames as the supplier of Lucky 7, Instant Lucky 7, Lucky 6, Lucky 5, Dice Duel, War of Bets, Bet on Poker, 6+ Poker, Wheel of Fortune and Football Grid, plus numbered blackjack tables; Bovada’s tiles carry a “Gold Tier Gaming” label on screen. MyBookie’s live lobby listed the same family of titles without naming a supplier. We did not find BetGames titles in BetOnline’s public live lobby.

Bovada, Ignition and MyBookie are offshore and hold no US state licence, and each excludes certain states. If a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed, there is no state regulator to complain to and your balance is not protected. Massachusetts’ Attorney General sent a cease-and-desist letter to Bovada’s operators on 3 October 2024, and Michigan’s Gaming Control Board ordered MyBookie to stop serving Michigan players in January 2025. Our verdict

BetGames is a long-running, UK- and Malta-licensed supplier with an unusual product: fixed-odds draws that feel closer to a lottery or a sportsbook market than to a blackjack table. The games are simple and transparent, but most bets carry a house edge of around 5%, several times what you pay on good blackjack or baccarat. Treat them as quick entertainment, and compare them with the main live tables in our live casino games guide and the studio field in our top software providers list.
