BigWinner Casino is closed and does not accept players from the United States or anywhere else. The site at bigwinner.com now shows only a closure notice, and it went offline in spring 2024. US readers should skip to our US-friendly live casinos; the rest of this page records what BigWinner was, who ran it and what former players can do about a balance.
Updated October 2026. Our previous review, written in 2022 when BigWinner had just launched, described an open India-facing casino. We rebuilt this page as a status page from BigWinner’s own closure notice, its archived terms, and the Gibraltar licence register.
US-friendly alternatives to BigWinner
BigWinner never served the US market: its terms put the USA on the restricted list. These casinos accepted US players and ran live dealer tables when we checked in October 2026. They are offshore sites without a US state licence, and each excludes some states.
A word on what “offshore” means for you. None of the four holds a licence from a US state, so there is no state regulator to complain to if a withdrawal stalls, and your deposits are not protected the way they are at a state-licensed casino. Keep balances small and withdraw winnings regularly.
Eight US states have legalised online casinos, and seven markets are live: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island. Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164, which became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026 and took effect on 29 July 2026), but it had not launched as of October 2026. If you live in one of the seven live states, a state-licensed casino is the regulated choice. Our US live casino guide compares the options.
How the alternatives compare for live dealer players
| Casino | Live dealer strength | Do bonuses work at live tables? | Review |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bovada | 95 live tables and games, including 38 blackjack and 16 roulette tables (October 2026) | No: 0% contribution from live games | Bovada review |
| Ignition | Blackjack focus: 48 live tables plus 10 high-stakes tables | Not at live tables (0% contribution) | Ignition review |
| MyBookie | Live dealer casino alongside a sportsbook; 21+ only | Excluded from bonus wagering | MyBookie review |
| BetOnline | Casino, sportsbook and poker on one account | Casino bonuses exclude baccarat, roulette, sic bo and craps | BetOnline review |
The pattern is the same everywhere: welcome bonuses are built for slots, and live dealer play is either excluded or contributes nothing to the rollover. If you mostly play live blackjack or roulette, choose a casino for its tables and payout speed, not for the headline bonus. Bovada’s state list also changes: Massachusetts was added after the state Attorney General sent its operators a cease-and-desist letter on 3 October 2024, so check Bovada’s own terms before you sign up.

What happened to BigWinner
BigWinner launched in 2022 as a rupee casino for Indian players, with a live casino front and centre and a sportsbook section in its terms. It ran on the platform of its operator, Markor Technology Limited, and the lobby carried Markor’s server name. Gibraltar’s approved-brands list for Markor, dated 21 October 2022, named BigWinner.com among the white labels under the company’s licence, alongside brands such as Spinni.com, Vegas Kings Casino and Jungle Spins.
BigWinner stayed open into 2024. A Wayback Machine capture from 20 March 2024 still shows the full lobby, with Popular, New, Jackpots, Live Casino, Megaways, Table Games, Slots and Drops & Wins tabs and the Markor licence footer. What replaced it is a short notice that reads, in part, “BigWinner is now closed”. Its web server reports that file as last modified on 1 April 2024, and archive captures from 23 May 2024 onward no longer show a working casino.
BigWinner never published a reason for closing. What the public record does show is that its operator changed direction. Gibraltar’s current licence-holder list names the company as Markor Technology Limited t/a Casimba Gaming, and its current approved-brands document (content as from 10 August 2026) lists a single business-to-business gambling services licence, RGL No. 152, with no consumer brands at all. In other words, the business that ran BigWinner no longer runs a consumer casino under its own Gibraltar licence.
Where the BigWinner domain sends you now
When we loaded bigwinner.com in October 2026, both from Europe and through a US connection, we got the same page: the closure notice, a thank-you to players, an invitation to “continue your gaming experience” at Casimba, “another casino within our group”, and the support email address. There is no login, no cashier and no game lobby.
Casimba is not a renamed BigWinner, and it is not an option for most former BigWinner customers. Casimba’s footer says the brand is managed by White Hat Gaming Limited, a Maltese company (registration C73232) licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (account 52894) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2C/370/2017). Casimba’s general terms (version 6.3, last updated 2 July 2026) list both the United States and India among restricted territories, so neither US players nor BigWinner’s former Indian customers can open an account there. We cover the brand separately in our Casimba review.
Licence and operator: the record
While BigWinner was open, its footer stated that it was operated by Markor Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar with registration number 115152, registered at Suite 7, Hadfield House and trading from Suite 811, Europort, Gibraltar. It said MTL was regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and licensed by the Gibraltar Licensing Authority under RGL 118, and that only players over 18 could play.
The terms (version 1.4, effective 1 November 2022) repeated the gaming licence number, RGL No. 118. Gibraltar’s October 2022 brand list also showed Markor holding a separate bookmaker’s licence, RGL No. 136. Our 2022 review was right about the Gibraltar licence. It was wrong to present the casino as an Indian business: the operator was a Gibraltar company, and the casino was simply aimed at Indian players.
A Gibraltar licence is a serious one by offshore standards, but it never covered US players, and the licence does not survive a brand’s closure in any useful way for a new customer. Markor’s current Gibraltar licence is a B2B licence for supplying gambling services to other operators, not for taking bets from the public.
Former players: how to recover a balance
If you still had money in a BigWinner account when it closed, the route is set out in the closure notice and the archived terms. Work through it in order:
- Email [email protected]. The closure notice gives this address for any further questions. Include your username, the email on the account, your last deposit and the balance you expect.
- Quote the inactive-account clause. BigWinner’s terms (section 11) said an account unused for 12 months became inactive and its balance was set to zero, but that “a balance return can be requested at any time by contacting customer services”, with cash funds returned to the deposit method used.
- Use the internal complaints procedure. Under section 13.2, players were told players to email a full complaint for the attention of the Operations Manager.
- Escalate to Gibraltar. Next, section 13.3 named the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner as the next step. Markor Technology Limited still appears on Gibraltar’s licence-holder list, so the regulator can still identify the company.
Keep copies of every email, screenshot and bank statement. Two and a half years after the closure, payment providers may no longer reverse anything, so the operator is your main route.
What BigWinner offered while it was open
For readers checking an old account or comparing offers, here is what BigWinner looked like in our 2022 review and in its archived terms. None of it is available today.
- Welcome offer: our 2022 review listed a 100% match up to ₹1,00,000 plus 10% cashback, with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Live dealer games counted only 5% towards wagering on the welcome bonus, and most other bonuses excluded live games entirely.
- Live casino: categories for Indian Choice, Roulette, Blackjack, Other Live Games and Drops & Wins, with tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. Local favourites such as Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and Lucky 7 sat alongside Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time.
- Banking: Indian rupees only, with UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, RuPay, NetBanking, Visa and Mastercard. No cryptocurrency.
- Withdrawal limits: the terms set a minimum withdrawal of INR 1,000 and allowed one withdrawal per day. Our 2022 review quoted a ₹500 minimum, which did not match those terms.
- Support: email, plus live chat for registered players only.
One oddity is worth recording. India itself appeared on the restricted-territories list in those terms, even though the casino was built for Indian players in rupees. It reads like a group-wide template shared across Markor’s brands, and it is one reason players should read a casino’s terms rather than its marketing.
Indian players after BigWinner
The legal picture in India has also changed since BigWinner closed. Parliament passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act on 21 August 2025, and it received presidential assent the next day. The Act bans offering and advertising online money games. We do not recommend any real-money casino to readers in India; our India live casino page explains the current position.
Why this page no longer carries a BigWinner link
We removed every “Play Now” button for BigWinner. The old affiliate link pointed to a casino that no longer takes signups, and sending readers there would only land them on a closure notice. Our rating method starts with whether a casino operates and accepts your country; BigWinner now fails both tests for every reader, so it carries no rating.
BigWinner Casino FAQ
Is BigWinner Casino still open?
No. Visiting bigwinner.com in October 2026 shows only a notice that BigWinner is now closed, with a link to Casimba, another casino in the same group. The site went offline in spring 2024: the Wayback Machine still shows a working lobby on 20 March 2024, and the server dates the closure notice to 1 April 2024.
Is BigWinner legit?
It was a licensed casino while it ran. Its footer and terms named Markor Technology Limited, a Gibraltar company (no. 115152) holding Gibraltar remote gambling licence RGL No. 118, and Gibraltar’s approved-brands list dated 21 October 2022 included BigWinner.com as a white label. Today it is closed, so there is nothing to sign up for.
Does BigWinner accept US players?
No, and it never did. The USA was on the restricted-territories list in BigWinner’s terms (version 1.4, effective 1 November 2022), and the casino has since closed for everyone. US players can look at the offshore alternatives on this page or, in the seven states with live online casinos, a state-licensed site.
Who owns BigWinner?
BigWinner was operated by Markor Technology Limited (MTL) of Europort, Gibraltar. Gibraltar’s licence-holder list now shows the company as Markor Technology Limited t/a Casimba Gaming, holding a business-to-business licence (RGL No. 152) rather than running consumer brands such as BigWinner.
What happens to money left in a BigWinner account?
The closure notice tells players to email [email protected]. BigWinner’s terms said a balance return could be requested at any time from customer services, even after an account was made inactive. If that fails, the terms named the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner as the escalation route.
Is Casimba the new BigWinner?
No. Casimba is a separate brand that BigWinner’s closure page points to. It is run by White Hat Gaming Limited under a Malta Gaming Authority licence and a UK Gambling Commission account, and its terms (version 6.3, 2 July 2026) list both the United States and India as restricted territories.
