Pure Win Casino Review 2026: Closed, Not Available to US Players

Pure Win Casino closed by August 2024 and never took US players. Who ran it, its Curacao licence, complaint record, copycat sites and US live casino options.

An empty card table in an evening casino lounge

Pure Win Casino is closed, and it never accepted players from the United States. The India-facing casino stopped trading by August 2024, and in October 2026 purewin.com shows no lobby, cashier or sign-up form from any country we tested. US readers can jump straight to our US-friendly live casinos; the rest of this page records what Pure Win was, who ran it, and what former players can still do.

Updated October 2026. Our previous review, written in 2022, described an open casino with a rupee welcome bonus and a “Play Now” button. We rebuilt it as a status page from what the Pure Win domains show today, the complaint records on AskGamblers and Trustpilot, closure listings on independent review sites, and the operator group’s own website.

US-friendly alternatives to Pure Win

Pure Win never served the US market: its terms put the United States on the prohibited list. These four casinos accepted US players and ran live dealer tables when we checked in October 2026. They are offshore sites with no US state licence, and each one excludes some states.

No published restricted-state list; Michigan, Tennessee and Massachusetts issued cease-and-desist orders in 2025.

Offshore means there is no state regulator to complain to if a withdrawal stalls, and your deposits are not protected the way they are at a state-licensed casino. Keep balances modest and cash out winnings regularly.

Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI); Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 Jul 2026) that has not launched (Oct 2026). If you live in one of the seven live markets, a state-licensed casino is the regulated choice. Our US live casino guide covers both routes.

How the alternatives compare for live dealer players

Casino Live dealer strength Bonus at live tables? Studio on the tables
Bovada 95 live tables and games, including 38 blackjack and 16 roulette (October 2026) No: live games count 0% Tables labelled Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive
Ignition Blackjack-heavy lobby with high-stakes tables No: live games count 0% Not named in the lobby
MyBookie More than 60 live tables; the only one of the four with a live Dragon Tiger table; 21+ Excluded from bonus wagering Visionary iGaming (VIG)
BetOnline Two live lobbies, blackjack from $1 a hand Casino bonuses exclude baccarat, roulette, sic bo and craps VIG and Fresh Deck Studios

One difference from Pure Win matters if you liked its Evolution tables. Evolution supplies only state-licensed US casinos, so you will not find Lightning Roulette or Crazy Time at these four offshore sites. Their live lobbies come from smaller studios, and welcome bonuses at all four are built for slots rather than live play.

What happened to Pure Win

Pure Win opened in 2019 as a combined sportsbook and casino built for Indian players. It took deposits in rupees through UPI and Indian bank transfers, ran its site in English and Hindi, and gave cricket betting and Indian live games such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar a prominent place. The operating company was Sweetspot N.V. in Curacao, and the brand sat inside the Hero Gaming network, the group behind its affiliate programme, Hero Partners.

The public record thins out in 2023. Trustpilot’s page for purewin.com holds 40 reviews, and the most recent one was posted on 3 June 2023. That last reviewer complained of losses and said the site had changed its name to “mypurewin”, which matches the mypurewin.com address that still turns up when the domain is opened from India today.

LCB.org, which tracks casino closures, files the brand under “Pure Win Casino Closed In Aug 2024” and marks the page “THIS CASINO IS CLOSED”. AskGamblers shows the banner “PureWin Casino has been closed.” We found no closure notice from Pure Win itself, no announcement from Hero Gaming, and no published reason, so August 2024 is the latest date by which it had stopped trading rather than a confirmed last day.

The group has moved on. Hero Gaming’s website in October 2026 promotes Legendz, a free-to-play social casino and sportsbook, and Mint.io, a crypto-first casino, and lists offices in Malmo, Sweden and St Julian’s, Malta. Pure Win is not mentioned anywhere on it.

What the Pure Win domains show in October 2026

We opened purewin.com on 6 October 2026 through residential connections in several countries. None of them reached a casino:

  • India: the browser landed on a default cPanel hosting page headed “SORRY!”, telling the owner to contact the host at [email protected]. Opening mypurewin.com directly gives the same page, from both India and the US.
  • United States, Canada and the United Kingdom: every attempt through our proxy service failed to load a page.
  • New Zealand: the site showed a Cloudflare security check that never handed over to a working site.
  • Direct office connection: Cloudflare returned “Sorry, you have been blocked”.

There is no lobby, no login, no cashier and no terms page on any of these routes. An India-facing casino that still wanted customers would at least serve its home page to Indian visitors.

Watch out for Pure Win copycat sites

Search for the brand in 2026 and you will find sites such as pure-win.com.in, pure-win.ink and purewin-india.in that use the Pure Win name and promise sports betting, live casino and quick withdrawals. We found no evidence that any of them is connected to Sweetspot N.V. or Hero Gaming. The footer on pure-win.com.in, for example, gives an address on Narva mnt in Tallinn, Estonia, and claims unspecified “international gambling licenses” without a licence number.

Do not deposit at a site just because it carries a familiar logo. A real licensed operator names its company, its licence number and its regulator, and the licence can be checked on the regulator’s own register. These sites give none of that.

Who ran Pure Win, and under which licence

Sweetspot N.V.

AskGamblers, Strafe and other review sites that documented Pure Win while it was open name Sweetspot N.V. as the company behind it. Trustpilot’s company profile for purewin.com lists Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao, a business address used by many casinos licensed under Curacao’s old system. Directory sites link Sweetspot N.V. to other Hero Gaming brands, including Mint.io, which Hero Gaming still promotes.

The Curacao licence

Pure Win operated under a Curacao licence issued through the old master-licence system, in which a handful of master licence holders granted sublicences to operators. Curacao replaced that system with its new gaming law (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, LOK), in force from 24 December 2024, under which the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) licenses operators directly. Pure Win had closed by then.

For anyone with an old dispute, the important point is that the CGA does not mediate individual disputes: you complain to the casino first, then to one of the 7 CGA-certified ADR bodies (list dated 31 Aug 2026). With the casino gone, that route is weak, which is why we explain other options below.

Regulator actions

We found no published fine, licence suspension or US state cease-and-desist order naming Pure Win or Sweetspot N.V. as of October 2026. That is not an endorsement. India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, which received presidential assent on 22 August 2025, now bans offering, advertising and processing payments for online money games, including games aimed at Indians from abroad. That closes the market Pure Win was built for, although the casino had stopped trading a year before the law passed.

Pure Win’s complaint record

Player feedback was poor for a casino of its size. On Trustpilot, Pure Win scores 1.9 from 40 reviews, and 90% of them are one star. The dominant theme in the 2022 reviews is the same: an account opened without trouble, then was locked once the player won, with the casino citing multiple accounts or bonus rules and keeping the balance. A minority of reviewers praised quick withdrawals.

AskGamblers recorded two complaints and resolved neither: one about a ₹15,000 deposit that was not credited, and one about verification and withdrawal delays on ₹10,000. Two cases are a small sample, but zero resolutions out of two is a bad sign.

Our own 2022 review rated the casino 72 out of 100 and praised its live chat. Given the complaint record and the closure, we have withdrawn that rating and removed every link that sent readers to Pure Win.

Did Pure Win ever accept US players?

No. Review sites that recorded Pure Win’s terms while it was open, AskGamblers among them, list the United States and the United Kingdom as prohibited countries. Our 2022 review listed the US dollar among its currencies, which confused some readers; a currency option is not the same as permission to play from a country, and the terms barred US residents throughout.

That matters for anyone who signed up from the US through a VPN. Casinos with a prohibited-country rule can void winnings and close the account when identity documents show a US address, and with Pure Win closed there is no one left to appeal to.

What former players can do about a balance

If you had money in a Pure Win account when it closed, recovery is uncertain, but these steps give you the best chance:

  1. Collect your records. Username, registered email, screenshots of your balance, deposit and withdrawal receipts, UPI references or crypto transaction IDs, and any chat transcripts.
  2. Write to the operator. Email [email protected] with those details and a clear request for payout. Keep a copy and note the date.
  3. Use your payment provider. For a deposit that was never credited, ask your bank or card issuer whether a dispute or chargeback is possible. Card schemes and banks have time limits, so an old claim may be out of time.
  4. Try the dispute route. The CGA itself will not mediate, but you can ask whether one of the CGA-certified ADR bodies will take a complaint about a closed former sublicensee. Expect a slow answer.
  5. Ignore recovery offers. Messages promising to retrieve casino funds for an upfront fee are a common scam aimed at people who lost money at closed sites.

We have no evidence that Pure Win paid out remaining balances when it closed, and no evidence that it refused to. Treat any unclaimed balance as at risk.

What Pure Win offered while it was open

For readers who remember the site, here is what our 2022 review recorded. These figures are historical and were not re-checked, because there is no longer a site to check them against.

Feature As recorded in 2022
Games More than 3,000, including about 100 live dealer titles
Live studios Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, Super Spade Games, Bombay Live, OnAir
Welcome offer 100% up to ₹90,000 plus a ₹1,500 live casino free bet
Minimum deposit / withdrawal ₹500 / ₹2,000
Payments UPI, Indian bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Ripple
Languages English, Hindi, Bengali
Support 24/7 live chat, email, WhatsApp

The live casino

The live lobby was the casino’s strongest feature. It had four Teen Patti tables (three from Ezugi, one from Super Spade Games), seven Andar Bahar versions including Evolution’s Super Andar Bahar, more than 30 roulette tables, 19 baccarat tables, nine poker-based games, nine game shows and a dozen other titles such as Dragon Tiger, Super Sic Bo, Lightning Dice, 32 Cards and Cricket War. If you want to learn the Indian games before playing elsewhere, our guides to Teen Patti and Andar Bahar cover the rules and odds, and our Evolution Gaming review explains the studio behind most of Pure Win’s premium tables.

Bonuses and banking

The rupee welcome bonus and a live casino cashback offer were the main promotions. Withdrawals were advertised as instant to three days depending on method, with no fee charged by the casino itself. The many 2022 complaints about locked accounts suggest that bonus and multiple-account rules were applied strictly at the withdrawal stage, which is a common pattern at casinos licensed under Curacao’s old system.

Similar closures we track

Pure Win is one of several India-facing casinos from our 2022 reviews that have since disappeared. BigWinner closed in spring 2024 with a notice pointing players to a sister brand; Pure Win left no notice at all. Others, such as Betwinner, are still trading but do not accept US players either. In every case, the lesson is the same: check who runs a site and under which licence before depositing, and do not leave a large balance sitting in an offshore account.

Summary

Pure Win was a Curacao-licensed, India-focused casino from the Hero Gaming network, run by Sweetspot N.V., with a strong live lobby and a weak complaint record. It never accepted US players, and it had closed by August 2024. In October 2026 its domains show only block pages and an empty hosting page, while copycat sites reuse the name. US readers should choose from the US-friendly casinos above or a state-licensed casino where one is available. If gambling stops being fun, our responsible gambling guide lists where to get help.

Pure Win Casino FAQ

Is Pure Win Casino still open?

No. Pure Win Casino is closed. LCB.org dates the closure to August 2024 and AskGamblers lists the casino as closed. In October 2026, purewin.com showed no casino from any connection we tried: a Cloudflare block page or security check, failed loads through US, Canadian and UK proxies, and a blank cPanel hosting page referring to mypurewin.com from India.

Does Pure Win accept US players?

No, and it never did. Review sites that recorded its terms while it was open, including AskGamblers, list the United States and the United Kingdom as prohibited countries. Today the question is moot because the casino is closed. US readers can compare the offshore sites in our US alternatives list, or use a state-licensed casino in one of the seven live US markets.

Who owned Pure Win Casino?

Pure Win was run by Sweetspot N.V., a Curacao company, and belonged to the Hero Gaming network, a group with offices in Malmo, Sweden and St Julian’s, Malta. Its affiliate programme was Hero Partners. Hero Gaming’s own website no longer mentions Pure Win in October 2026.

Was Pure Win legit?

Pure Win was a real casino that held a Curacao licence under the old master-licence system and paid many players, but its record was poor. Trustpilot shows a 1.9 rating from 40 reviews, 90% of them one star, with repeated complaints about locked accounts and cancelled withdrawals, and AskGamblers shows two unresolved complaints out of two.

How do I get my money back from Pure Win?

Write to [email protected] with your username, balance and transaction records, and keep copies of everything. If you get no answer, ask your bank or card issuer about a dispute for deposits that were never credited. The Curacao Gaming Authority does not mediate individual disputes, and anyone who contacts you offering to recover the money for a fee is very likely a scammer.

Are pure-win.com.in and similar sites the real Pure Win?

We found no evidence that they are. One of them, pure-win.com.in, gives an address in Tallinn, Estonia, while the original Pure Win was run from Curacao by Sweetspot N.V. Treat any site using the Pure Win name in 2026 as unconnected to the original casino and do not deposit.
