Top Live Dealer Baccarat Providers (2026): Studios, Licences and US Sites

Who makes live baccarat: Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, VIG and Fresh Deck compared by owner, licence and tables, plus which studios US sites use.

Baccarat cards being squeezed over an oxblood felt table

The biggest live baccarat providers are Evolution, which also owns Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech Live. All three are licensed in the UK and Malta, and Evolution and Playtech also run studios inside regulated US states. US players outside those states meet a different set of studios: the offshore casinos that accept them stream baccarat from Visionary iGaming (VIG), Fresh Deck Studios and tables labelled Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive, none of which publishes a gaming licence on its website.

Updated October 2026. The previous version of this page listed studios with no US relevance and casinos that do not accept US players. We have rebuilt it around what each studio publishes about its owner, licences and baccarat tables, and which studios the US-facing sites actually use.

Best Live Baccarat Casinos for US Players (October 2026)

All four casinos below accept US players and run live baccarat today. They are offshore operators with no US state licence. Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island), and Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 July 2026) that had not launched as of October 2026. If you live in a live state, state-licensed casinos carry baccarat from Evolution, Ezugi and other licensed studios.

Here is who supplies the baccarat tables at each casino, based on their live lobbies and help pages in October 2026:

Casino Live baccarat studios Baccarat on offer
Bovada Tables labelled Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive 15 tables: Baccarat ($1 to $10,000), Speed, Turbo and four Super 6 tables
MyBookie Visionary iGaming (the only studio it labels); other tables unlabelled 14 tables including Speed, Turbo, All In and two Super 6 tables
BetOnline Visionary iGaming and Fresh Deck Studios, plus a few tables from other studios About a dozen tables from $1 to $10,000, including Speed, Turbo and All In
Ignition Not named in the lobby; older tables ran on Visionary iGaming Classic live baccarat and Super 6

We put Bovada and MyBookie first because they had the most baccarat tables, including Super 6. Live dealer games count 0% towards the welcome bonuses at Bovada and Ignition, are excluded at MyBookie, and BetOnline’s casino bonuses cannot be used on baccarat at all, so plan to play live baccarat with cash.

The offshore trade-off is real. If a payout is disputed there is no state regulator to complain to, and your balance is not protected. The Massachusetts Attorney General sent a cease-and-desist letter to Bovada’s operators on 3 October 2024, and the Michigan Gaming Control Board ordered MyBookie to stop serving Michigan players. See our rating method for how we weigh these risks.

Evolution: The Largest Live Baccarat Studio

Evolution AB is a Swedish company founded in 2006 and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. It ran about 2,000 live tables at the end of 2025 from 24 studios, and in the second quarter of 2026 it reported net revenues of EUR 517.8 million, of which EUR 437.3 million came from live games. Its games site names Evolution Malta Holdings Limited as licensed in Great Britain, and Evolution as licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/CRP/187/2010/01.

No studio offers more baccarat variants. The main ones, with figures from Evolution’s game pages:

Evolution game What is different Key numbers
Speed Baccarat Fast, face-up dealing About 27 seconds a round, against 48 for standard baccarat
No Commission Baccarat No 5% commission; a winning Banker 6 pays 0.5:1 Super 6 side bet pays 15:1
Lightning Baccarat One to five Lightning Cards with 2x to 8x multipliers each round 20% Lightning Fee on your total bet
XXXtreme Lightning Baccarat More Lightning Cards, bigger multipliers 50% fee
Baccarat Squeeze / Control Squeeze Dealer, or you, reveal the cards slowly Standard payouts; Banker RTP 98.94%
Golden Wealth Baccarat Five Golden Cards per round 20% fee
Peek Baccarat See some cards, then double or triple 20% fee

In the US, Evolution sells only to licensed operators. It has seven studios inside regulated states (three in New Jersey, two in Michigan, one each in Pennsylvania and Connecticut), and its tables appear at state-licensed brands. Offshore sites that accept players from other states do not carry them. Our Evolution Gaming review has the full studio list, and our Baccarat Squeeze guide covers the squeeze tables in detail.

Ezugi: Evolution’s Regional Brand

Ezugi was founded in 2012 and has been part of Evolution since 2018, according to Evolution’s brand page. It focuses on games built for particular regions, including Latin America, South Africa, Asia and selected US and European markets, with native-speaking dealers.

Ezugi’s standard Baccarat offers Perfect Pair, Either Pair, Player Pair and Banker Pair side bets. Its No Commission Baccarat pays Banker wins at 1:1, except a Banker win on 6, which pays 0.5:1. In the US, Ezugi relaunched in New Jersey in the fourth quarter of 2025 with games including EZ Baccarat, streamed from Evolution’s Atlantic City studio, and Evolution’s Grand Rapids studio, announced in May 2026, carries Ezugi tables for Michigan. EZ Baccarat pushes a Banker win with a three-card 7 instead of charging commission, which puts the Banker edge at about 1.02% (Wizard of Odds).

Pragmatic Play Live

Pragmatic Play is best known for slots, but it also runs a live casino from its own studios; its live casino page mentions a studio in Bucharest. Its footer calls the company “a Veridian (Gibraltar) Limited investment” and names PragmaticPlay (Gibraltar) Limited as licensed in Great Britain under account 56015 and in Gibraltar under RGL No. 107. The live casino page adds Malta Gaming Authority approval, a Class II licence from Romania’s ONJN and certification by an accredited testing lab. It lists no US state licence.

Pragmatic’s standard baccarat includes a manual zoom on the cards, multiple side bets and all five traditional roads, and every table can switch to No Commission mode. Its headline variant is Amazing Baccarat, built on Speed Baccarat: five Lucky Cards are drawn every round with multipliers of up to 200x each, combining to up to 600x on Player or Banker and 6,600x on a Tie, plus an Amazing 8s side bet (both hands tie on 8) that can pay up to 66,000:1. Like Lightning-style games, the multipliers come with a cost elsewhere in the pay table, so check the game’s RTP before you play.

Playtech Live

Playtech was founded in 1999 and has a premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It reports about 7,400 employees, more than 180 licensees and more than 40 regulated jurisdictions. Its UK Gambling Commission account number is 38516, and the Malta Gaming Authority issued it critical supply licence MGA/CRP/137/2007.

Playtech Live’s flagship studio is in Latvia, with further studios in Romania and Spain, presence in Peru and Brazil, and US studio space in Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania plus a Las Vegas operation with MGM. On baccarat, its newest product is Baccarat VZN, a hybrid format that combines RNG technology with the shared, hosted feel of a live table. Playtech focuses on regulated markets, so its US studios serve state-licensed casinos.

Visionary iGaming (VIG)

VIG is the studio most US players outside the regulated states have met. It was established in 2008 according to its website, historically streamed from San José, Costa Rica, and supplies offshore sites including BetOnline and MyBookie. It does not publish its owner, its legal entity or a gaming licence, and we found no certificate from a testing lab such as GLI or iTech Labs.

For baccarat, VIG deals standard Punto Banco and Super 6. In Wizard of Odds’ review of the studio, its baccarat used six decks, with Banker at 1.06%, Player 1.24% and Tie 14.44%. VIG’s own baccarat page states that its Super 6 side bet pays 12:1, a 29.98% house edge, and that Player Pair and Banker Pair pay 11:1 and Either Pair 5:1. Read our Visionary iGaming review and our Super 6 guide for the details.

Fresh Deck Studios

Fresh Deck Studios describes itself as a B2B live dealer supplier founded by iGaming industry figures, streaming 24/7 “from locations around the globe”. Its website lists four games: baccarat (Punto Banco), roulette, blackjack with seven seats and unlimited seats, and Casino Hold’em. It sells an integration API and white-label casinos. Like VIG, it does not publish an owner, address or licence on its site.

At BetOnline, Fresh Deck supplies BetOnline-branded private tables, roulette and baccarat alongside the VIG lobby. That is the main place US players will see its tables.

Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive

Bovada’s live lobby labels its tables with two names in October 2026: Gold Tier Gaming (standard Baccarat at $1 to $10,000, Speed Baccarat, VIP blackjack) and Dynamite Interactive (Turbo Baccarat at $10 to $10,000, and Baccarat and Super 6 tables at $5 to $100 and $25 to $1,000). We could not find a working website, owner or licence for either name. Our earlier Bovada review credited its live tables to Visionary iGaming; Bovada no longer names VIG. Treat these as the casino’s own supplier labels rather than independently regulated studios.

Other Studios You May See

  • LuckyStreak: a Riga-based studio founded in 2014 with live baccarat, blackjack and roulette, licensed in Latvia and recognised by the MGA. None of the four US-facing casinos lists its tables. See our LuckyStreak review.
  • Authentic Gaming: added baccarat late in its life and streamed it in Michigan from October 2023, but its owner Light & Wonder discontinued the live business in 2025. Details in our Authentic Gaming review.

Which Studio Suits Which Player?

  • Most variety: Evolution, with Speed, Squeeze, No Commission and fee-based multiplier tables under one roof, but only at state-licensed casinos in the US.
  • Lowest Banker edge: Ezugi’s EZ Baccarat at about 1.02%, where a state-licensed casino in New Jersey or Michigan carries it.
  • Big multipliers: Evolution’s Lightning family or Pragmatic’s Amazing Baccarat, if you accept the extra cost per bet.
  • Players outside the regulated states: VIG, Fresh Deck and Bovada’s labelled tables are what the offshore sites offer. Choose standard commission tables over Super 6 if you bet Banker.

Does the Studio Change Your Odds?

The core game is identical everywhere: the same third-card rules, and a Banker edge of 1.06%, Player 1.24% and Tie 14.36% at an eight-deck table with 5% commission (Wizard of Odds). What changes between studios is the format, and some formats cost noticeably more.

Format Typical studios Banker house edge Notes
Standard, 5% commission All studios 1.06% Player 1.24%, Tie 14.36% at 8:1
Super 6 / No Commission (Banker 6 pays half) VIG, Evolution, Ezugi, Bovada’s Dynamite Interactive tables About 1.46% Player unchanged at 1.24%
EZ Baccarat (three-card 7 pushes) Ezugi About 1.02% Dragon 7 and Panda 8 side bets
Fee-based multiplier games Evolution (Lightning, Golden Wealth, Peek), Pragmatic (Amazing Baccarat) Varies Evolution charges 20% (50% at XXXtreme) on top of each bet

Worked example: same stake, different studio formats

Take 100 hands at $20 on Banker. At a standard commission table you wager $2,000 and expect to lose about $21.20. At a Super 6 table the same play costs about $29.20, because of the half-paid Banker 6. In Evolution’s Lightning Baccarat, the 20% fee means each $20 bet takes $24 from your balance, so 100 hands put $2,400 in play; the fee only comes back through multipliers on winning hands, and Evolution’s published Player RTP for Lightning Baccarat is 98.76%. Pick the format first, the studio second.

Deck count barely matters. With six decks the Banker and Player edges are the same as with eight to two decimal places, and the Tie moves from 14.36% to 14.44%.

How to Check Who Supplies a Table

  1. Read the table label. Lobbies often print the studio name on the table tile, as Bovada and MyBookie do.
  2. Open the game’s help or rules screen. It shows the paytable and RTP, and often the studio’s name or logo.
  3. Check the studio’s licence. Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech publish their licence numbers in their website footers. If a studio publishes none, nobody outside the company audits the game.
  4. Check the casino’s licence too. A licensed studio at an offshore casino still leaves you with an unregulated operator holding your money.
  5. Look at the side-bet payouts. The Super 6 side bet pays 12:1 at VIG and 15:1 at Evolution, a house edge of 29.98% against 13.82%.

Regulated States vs Offshore Sites

Where you live decides which studios you can use. In the seven live markets, state-licensed casinos stream baccarat from studios that hold state approvals, such as Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech, with a state regulator behind every table and every withdrawal. Everywhere else, the US-facing offshore casinos use smaller studios, VIG, Fresh Deck and the labels in Bovada’s lobby, with no published licence and no US regulator. That does not prove the games are unfair, but it removes the outside checks that licensed studios face. If you play offshore, keep stakes modest, withdraw winnings promptly and read the bonus terms, which exclude or discount live baccarat at all four sites.

Live Baccarat Providers FAQ

Who is the biggest live baccarat provider?

Evolution. It ran about 2,000 live tables from 24 studios at the end of 2025, owns Ezugi, and offers more baccarat variants than any other studio, from Speed and No Commission to Lightning and Squeeze.

Which live baccarat providers are available in the US?

In the regulated states, state-licensed casinos use studios such as Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech, which have studios in New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Offshore sites that take players from other states use Visionary iGaming, Fresh Deck Studios and tables labelled Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive.

Does the provider affect baccarat odds?

Not the core rules: Banker is about 1.06%, Player 1.24% and Tie 14.36% at a standard eight-deck table. The format does matter. No-commission Super 6 tables raise the Banker edge to about 1.46%, and fee-based multiplier games add 20% or more to each bet.

Is Visionary iGaming licensed?

VIG does not publish a gaming licence, owner or legal entity on its website, and we found no testing-lab certificate. It supplies offshore US-facing casinos such as BetOnline and MyBookie.

Which studio does Bovada use for live baccarat?

In October 2026 Bovada’s lobby labelled its baccarat tables Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive. It no longer names Visionary iGaming.

What is the best live baccarat variant to play?

A standard 5% commission table, betting Banker, at about 1.06%. EZ Baccarat’s Banker bet is slightly cheaper at about 1.02% where it is available. Avoid the Tie at 8:1 (14.36%) and treat multiplier games as entertainment with a built-in fee.
