SA Gaming is an Asia-focused live dealer studio that supplies baccarat, Dragon Tiger, sic bo, roulette and blackjack tables to online casinos, and it holds no licence in any US state. Its own website names three licences: a South African manufacturer licence, a Curaçao B2B licence and a Peruvian supplier licence. US players will not find its tables at state-licensed casinos, and they were not in the live lobbies of the four offshore casinos we review in October 2026.
Updated October 2026. Our 2023 page treated SA Gaming as a consumer casino brand with slots, sports betting and player promotions. It is not: SA Gaming is a business-to-business live casino supplier that says it has been in the industry for more than 15 years. We rewrote the page from the company’s own licence and game pages and the regulator details it publishes.

Who runs SA Gaming and where it is licensed
Two companies appear in the site footer. SA Technology N.V., registered in Curaçao, owns and operates sagaming.com and holds the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence. SA Entertainment Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa in 2025, holds the Western Cape manufacturer licence. The company timeline shows how recent most of this paperwork is: a Curaçao licence in 2023, a licence from Curaçao’s Gaming Control Board in 2024, then Peru and South Africa in 2025.
Those are supplier licences. They allow SA Gaming to provide games to licensed operators in those markets; they say nothing about whether a particular casino carrying its tables is licensed where you live. Its supported currencies include the Thai baht, Vietnamese dong and Indonesian rupiah, and online casino gambling is not legal for players in Thailand, Vietnam or Indonesia, so the licence that matters to a player is the one held by the casino, not the studio. Curaçao’s regulator does not mediate individual player disputes either: complaints go to the casino first, then to one of the regulator’s certified ADR bodies.
The site does not name its studio cities. It says only that its live studios are “located all around the world” and run 24/7 with video surveillance. Older industry profiles placed SA Gaming’s studios in the Philippines; we could not confirm a current address.
SA Gaming live games and their odds
SA Gaming’s line-up leans heavily on Asian games. The table below lists the main bets with house edges from Wizard of Odds where the rules are standard; studio-specific payouts are noted.
| Game / bet | SA Gaming rule | House edge |
|---|---|---|
| Baccarat: Banker | Pays 0.95 to 1 | 1.06% (8 decks) |
| Baccarat: Player | Pays 1 to 1 | 1.24% |
| Baccarat: Tie | Pays 8 to 1 | 14.36% |
| No Commission Baccarat: Banker | 1 to 1, half pay on a Banker 6 | 1.46% |
| Dragon Tiger: Dragon or Tiger | 1 to 1, half lost on a tie | 3.73% |
| Dragon Tiger: Tie | 8 to 1 | 32.77% |
| Dragon Tiger: Odd / Even | 0.75 to 1 / 1.05 to 1 | 5.77% / 5.38% |
| Sic Bo: Big or Small | 1 to 1, loses on any triple | 2.78% |
| Roulette (single zero) | Standard payouts | 2.70% |
Baccarat. SA Gaming says it deals six cards before accepting bets, a pre-dealt format common in Asian studios. Speed Baccarat shortens the countdown, and No Commission Baccarat pays Banker at even money but only half when Banker wins with 6. Side bets include Perfect Pair, Any Pair, Dragon Bonus (Player / Banker Bonus), Lucky Six and Lucky Seven, with a top payout of 50 times the stake. Our live baccarat guide explains the core rules and why Banker is the cheapest bet, and the Dragon Bonus guide covers that side bet’s pay table.
Dragon Tiger. One card each to Dragon and Tiger; the King, worth 13, is the best card. The 8 to 1 Tie is the weakest price on the market: at 11 to 1 the same bet costs 10.36%. Side bets cover Big / Small, Odd / Even and Red / Black on each side, and Wizard of Odds notes that SA Gaming closes its side bets after round 25 of the shoe. The full maths is in our Dragon Tiger guide.
Dice games. Sic Bo, Thai HiLo and Fish Prawn Crab all use three dice. Big and Small at 2.78% are the only low-edge bets; single totals and triples run from about 12.5% to 30%. See our live sic bo guide for the payout tables.
Blackjack and roulette. Boundless Blackjack, launched in 2026, seats unlimited players at one hand, much like Evolution’s Infinite Blackjack. Ultra Roulette is a newer multiplier roulette. Pok Deng and Xoc Dia are Thai and Vietnamese games aimed at those markets.
Playing on mobile
SA Gaming says its games are fully mobile-optimised and run in the browser, with in-table roadmaps, live statistics and Multi-Bet, which lets a player bet on several tables at once. Players can also send virtual gifts and emoji tips to dealers. Bet limits are set per casino and per table rather than by the studio, so check the limits shown in the game window before you sit down.
Where US players can find SA Gaming tables
Nowhere legal in the US. Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI); Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 Jul 2026) that has not launched (Oct 2026). State-licensed casinos in those states use suppliers approved by each state regulator, and SA Gaming lists no US approval on its licence page. Evolution, the largest supplier to those casinos, is covered in our Evolution Gaming review.
The offshore sites that accept US players do not use SA Gaming either. In October 2026 Bovada’s tables were labelled Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive, MyBookie used VIG, BetOnline used VIG plus Fresh Deck Studios, and Ignition’s live-lobby data titled tables “ViG” alongside Gold Tier Gaming. Our Visionary iGaming review explains those tables. Offshore casinos hold no US state licence: if a withdrawal is refused there is no state regulator to complain to, and your funds are not protected.
A practical warning for anyone researching Asian studios: casino sites that put “SA Gaming” in their name are operators or copycats, not the studio. The studio does not hold player accounts, so a site claiming to be “the official SA Gaming casino” is a reason for caution. Our baccarat studio comparison sets SA Gaming against the suppliers US casinos actually use.

What changed since our earlier review
- Rebuilt the page around SA Gaming’s real business, a live casino supplier to operators, and dropped the consumer-casino material (slots, sports betting, player bonuses) the old page attached to it.
- Added the licences, licence numbers and company names SA Gaming publishes, and the fact that none covers a US state.
- Added the real game list, the 8 to 1 Dragon Tiger Tie and house edges per bet.
Frequently asked questions
Is SA Gaming licensed?
SA Gaming’s website lists a National Manufacturer Licence from South Africa’s Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (licence 10195939-002, held by SA Entertainment Solutions (Pty) Ltd), a Curaçao Gaming Authority B2B licence (OGL/2024/154/0133, held by SA Technology N.V.) and a supplier licence plus RGS approval from Peru’s MINCETUR. It lists no US state licence.
Can US players play SA Gaming live tables?
Not at state-licensed US casinos: SA Gaming lists no licence from any US state regulator. None of the four offshore casinos we review for US players (Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie, BetOnline) showed SA Gaming tables in October 2026 either. US players who want live baccarat or Dragon Tiger legally should use a state-licensed casino in a state where online casinos are live.
What games does SA Gaming offer?
As of October 2026 its site lists Baccarat (including Speed and No Commission versions), Roulette, Ultra Roulette, Sic Bo, Thai HiLo, Fish Prawn Crab, Dragon Tiger, Boundless Blackjack, Deluxe Blackjack, Pok Deng and Xoc Dia.
What does the Tie pay in SA Gaming Dragon Tiger?
SA Gaming’s Dragon Tiger page says the Tie pays 8 to 1. Wizard of Odds puts the house edge of an 8 to 1 Tie at 32.77%, against 10.36% for the 11 to 1 Tie used by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. The Dragon and Tiger bets themselves carry a 3.73% edge.
Is SA Gaming the same company as the sites called SA Gaming casino?
No. SA Gaming is a B2B supplier: it licenses its tables to online casinos and does not take bets from players itself. Websites that call themselves an SA Gaming casino are operators, or copycats, using its content or its name. Check the licence of the site you play on, not the studio’s.
