Allbet Gaming Review: Live Studio, Licence, Games and US Access

Allbet Gaming is a Philippines-linked live casino supplier, founded in 2014, that sells Asian-style baccarat, Dragon Tiger, sic bo and card games to online casinos; it has no US licence and blocks US visitors from its own website. Its site says its operations are authorised by CEZA, the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, and it lists 22 live games. US players will not find Allbet tables at state-licensed casinos or at the main offshore sites.

Allbet is a supplier to operators, so we rewrote the page from Allbet’s own website (viewed from the UK, since US and Philippine IP addresses are blocked), its news archive and the published rules of the games it supplies.

What Allbet says about its licence, and what that means

Allbet’s only licence statement is that its operations are authorised by CEZA. CEZA licenses interactive gaming businesses in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport through its master licensee, First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation, whose logo sits in Allbet’s footer next to the GLI testing-lab logo. Several casino directories also credit Allbet with Malta Gaming Authority and UK Gambling Commission licences. Allbet’s own site does not mention either, and we found no evidence for them, so we do not repeat them here.

Two points matter more to a player than the logo strip. First, the Philippine government ordered offshore and internet gaming licensees to wind down by 31 December 2024 under Executive Order 74, signed on 5 November 2024. CEZA’s chief executive said the zone would abide by the order, although the order’s wording left room for argument about economic-zone licensees. Allbet’s site still cites CEZA in October 2026, and it does not say whether that authorisation was renewed or how it relates to the ban.

Second, Allbet blocks its own website for visitors in the Philippines, which is consistent with a supplier whose tables are meant for players outside the country that hosts the studio. Many of the markets its languages and games target, such as mainland China, Vietnam and Thailand, do not allow online casino gambling. A licence held by the supplier does not make play legal where you live, and it gives you no complaint route against the casino you use.

Allbet’s game list is built for Asian players, with several baccarat formats and regional dice and card games. Its own descriptions are summarised below.

The cheapest bets are the familiar ones. In eight-deck baccarat, Wizard of Odds puts the house edge at 1.06% on Banker, 1.24% on Player and 14.36% on a Tie paid 8 to 1. Dragon and Tiger cost 3.73%, and sic bo’s Big and Small 2.78%. Side bets, Tie bets and the long-shot hands in Win Three Cards cost much more. Mobile play and table limits

Allbet supplies browser-based games for PC and mobile, and operators can brand the lobby with their own logo. Industry profiles describe multi-table views of up to 32 tables, but the lobby you see depends on the casino. Allbet does not publish standard table limits: each operator sets its own, and they appear in the game window.

Can US players play Allbet tables?

No legal route exists. Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI); Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 Jul 2026) that has not launched (Oct 2026). State regulators approve each live supplier their casinos use, and Allbet lists no US approval. Its own website shows US visitors an Access Restricted page.

The four offshore casinos we review for US players do not carry Allbet either. In October 2026, Bovada’s live tables were labelled Gold Tier Gaming and Dynamite Interactive, MyBookie used VIG, BetOnline used VIG plus Fresh Deck Studios, and Ignition’s lobby data showed VIG and Gold Tier Gaming tables. Those casinos are offshore with no US state licence, so there is no state regulator to complain to and your funds are not protected. We could not confirm the Malta or UK licences that some directories attribute to it.

Does Allbet Gaming accept US players?

No. Allbet does not deal with players directly, and its own website showed an Access Restricted page to a US IP address in October 2026. It lists no US state licence, and none of the four offshore casinos we review for US players carried Allbet tables in October 2026.

Allbet says it operates live studios in Asia, Europe and South America, with more than 500 employees. It does not name the cities. Older industry profiles describe a studio in Makati, Metro Manila.

Is BidMe Baccarat still available from Allbet?
