The best cashback for US live dealer players in October 2026 comes from MyBookie and BetOnline. MyBookie+ returns 2.5% to 10% of your net weekly casino losses in cash, with a 1x rollover, and BetOnline pays Casino Rakeback in cash with no rollover at every VIP level. Bovada’s much-advertised “Get 20% Back” is a sportsbook parlay insurance, not casino cashback, and Ignition runs no standing cashback programme. Below are the real terms of each programme and the maths that shows what cashback is worth at a live table.
Updated October 2026. Our earlier version described cashback in general terms (welcome cashback, weekend cashback, VIP cashback) and promoted BitStarz, which does not accept US players. This version covers only the cashback and rakeback programmes that Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline actually publish, with their terms taken from the operators’ own help centres and promotion pages through a US connection.

All four casinos above accept US players in the states they serve, but only two run a standing cashback or rakeback scheme for casino play: MyBookie (weekly rakeback on net losses) and BetOnline (Casino Rakeback plus Cash Boosts for higher VIP levels). Bovada’s casino cashback appears only as one possible weekly perk in its opt-in Crypto Rewards Program, and Ignition rewards play through Ignition Miles instead.
Cashback and rakeback programmes compared (October 2026)
| Casino | Programme | Based on | Rate | Paid as | Rollover | Live dealer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MyBookie | MyBookie+ weekly rakeback | Net losses in the Sportsbook or Casino, Monday to Sunday | 2.5% to 10% by tier; caps $500 to $2,500 | Cash for casino losses; Free Play for sports losses | 1x | Live Casino bets earn 1 point per $1; not excluded in the rakeback terms |
| BetOnline | Casino Rakeback | Total amount bet x house edge of each game | Not published | Cash, claimed in the VIP Rewards Hub | None; never expires | Eligible casino games; craps excluded; live tables not listed |
| BetOnline | Weekly Cash Boost (Silver VIP+) and Monthly Cash Boost (Platinum VIP+) | Bet amount, games and house edge, wins and losses, VIP level | Personalised | Cash | None; expires after 30 days | All baccarat games excluded |
| Bovada | Crypto Rewards Program (one possible weekly perk: 5% cashback) | Overall play and weekly crypto deposits over $30 | 5% | Bonus | 25x casino | Bonus funds cannot be used in Live Dealer |
| Bovada | “Get 20% Back” Parlay Insurance | 4+ leg football parlay that misses by one leg | 20% up to $100 | Cash credit | 12x sports | Sportsbook only |
| Ignition | No standing cashback; Ignition Miles | Miles per $1 wagered | About 0.02% to 0.3% in bonus cash, by game and tier | Casino bonus cash | Each reward has its own rollover | No separate live dealer rate published |
The table shows why the word “cashback” needs reading carefully. Only three of these six rows put cash in your account with a rollover of 1x or less, and two of those three are at BetOnline. Every figure comes from the operator’s own terms in October 2026; programmes change, so check the current version in your account.
How cashback maths works for live dealer players
Cashback is a rebate on the house edge. Over enough hands, what you lose on average equals your total bets multiplied by the game’s house edge, and cashback returns a share of that. Two things decide what it is worth to you: the edge of the game you play and the way the casino measures the rebate.
Expected cost of $10,000 of live action
| Live game and bet | House edge | Average loss on $10,000 of bets | 2.5% back | 5% back | 7.5% back | 10% back |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blackjack, basic strategy (illustrative) | About 0.5% | $50 | $1.25 | $2.50 | $3.75 | $5.00 |
| Baccarat, Banker (8 decks) | 1.06% | $106 | $2.65 | $5.30 | $7.95 | $10.60 |
| Baccarat, Player (8 decks) | 1.24% | $124 | $3.10 | $6.20 | $9.30 | $12.40 |
| European roulette | 2.70% | $270 | $6.75 | $13.50 | $20.25 | $27.00 |
| American roulette | 5.26% | $526 | $13.15 | $26.30 | $39.45 | $52.60 |
| Baccarat, Tie at 8:1 | 14.36% | $1,436 | $35.90 | $71.80 | $107.70 | $143.60 |
The columns read as averages over the long run, using the baccarat figures from Wizard of Odds and the standard single-zero and double-zero roulette edges. Two conclusions follow. First, cashback cannot turn a losing game into a winning one: even 10% back leaves 90% of the edge in place. Second, the rebate is bigger on worse bets, which is a reason to be suspicious of any promotion that pushes you towards high-edge bets to “earn more back”. A Tie bet that returns $143.60 on $10,000 still costs you about $1,292 on average.
Loss-based cashback: why it is worth a little more than the rate suggests
MyBookie’s rakeback pays a percentage of your net loss for the week, and nothing in a week you finish level or ahead. Because the winning weeks are not netted against the losing ones, the rebate over a year is slightly more than the rate multiplied by your average loss. A short example makes the point. Suppose you lose $400 one week and win $400 the next. Over the two weeks you are level, but at a 5% tier MyBookie still pays $20 for the losing week. For a live player with swings from week to week, that asymmetry is the real value of loss-based cashback.
Mixed weeks follow MyBookie’s own rule. Rakeback is paid only if your overall result for the week is a net loss. If you win at the sportsbook but lose more in the casino, the rakeback comes as cash; if the casino is up but the sportsbook is down, it comes as Free Play.
Turnover-based rakeback: steady and result-free
BetOnline’s Casino Rakeback works the other way. It is calculated from your total bet amount and the house edge of each game, and BetOnline says wins, losses, deposits, withdrawals and VIP level do not change it. Its FAQ gives the formula for the edge: house edge = 100% minus the RTP shown in the game description. So $10,000 on a game with a 99.5% RTP carries $50 of house-edge value, and rakeback returns a share of that. BetOnline does not publish the share, which means you cannot price it in advance, but it arrives as cash with no rollover and never expires, so whatever it pays is yours.
Rollover turns cashback back into a bonus
The payout form matters as much as the rate. A $30 rebate with a 1x rollover needs $30 of bets before it is withdrawable, which a live blackjack player clears in a few hands at MyBookie, provided its 10% live dealer weighting for deposit rollover does not also apply to the rebate (MyBookie does not say). At 25x, a $30 cashback credit needs $750 of qualifying play, and at Bovada no bonus funds can be used in Live Dealer at all, so a live-only player would have to play slots to unlock it.
MyBookie+ weekly rakeback in detail
Every MyBookie account is enrolled automatically in MyBookie+, a four-tier programme (Elite, Silver Elite, Gold Elite, Platinum Elite) with four levels in each. Tier status is permanent once reached. Rakeback switches on at Elite level 3 and rises at the start of each higher tier:
| Tier and level | Points needed | Weekly rakeback | Rakeback range per week |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elite 1 and 2 | 0 and 2,500 | None | None |
| Elite 3 | 5,000 | 2.5% | $1 to $500 |
| Silver Elite 1 | 25,000 | 5% | $1 to $1,000 |
| Gold Elite 1 | 150,000 | 7.5% | $1 to $1,500 |
| Platinum Elite 1 | 1,500,000 | 10% | $1 to $2,500 |
Points come from both play and deposits. Live Casino, slots, table games and straight sports bets earn 1 point per $1, card deposits 1 point per $1, and crypto deposits 2 points per $1. A live player who only bets on live tables therefore needs $5,000 of bets to switch rakeback on and $25,000 to reach the 5% rate. Crypto deposits speed that up: $2,500 in crypto deposits alone earns the 5,000 points for Elite 3.
The weekly cycle is fixed: earning runs from Monday 12:01 AM ET to Sunday 11:59 PM ET; rakeback is issued every Monday and must be claimed by 11:59 PM ET the following Sunday under Loyalty Program, Rakeback, Claim. The minimum payment is $1. Casino rakeback is paid in cash and sports rakeback as Free Play, each with a 1x rollover.
Worked example: a Silver Elite player loses a net $600 in the casino in one week, mostly at live blackjack. Rakeback at 5% is $30 in cash. One week later the same player finishes $200 up, and no rakeback is paid. Separately, MyBookie automates weekly and monthly loyalty credits once turnover passes $1,000 a week or $4,000 a month, with a choice of Sports Free Play or Casino Spins; those are bonus credits, not cashback.
BetOnline Casino Rakeback and Cash Boosts
BetOnline’s Casino Rakeback is available at all VIP levels with no opt-in. It accrues on each eligible casino bet, usually updates automatically (in rare cases within 24 hours), and can be claimed with one click in the VIP Rewards Hub once the balance reaches $0.01. Craps, Trader, sportsbook, poker, racebook and esports bets are not included. Poker rakeback is a separate scheme with its own calculation.
Higher VIP levels add two cash rewards with no rollover:
- Weekly Cash Boost (Silver VIP and above): released every Saturday after 9:00 AM ET for a qualifying period from Friday to Thursday, announced and claimed through BetOnline’s VIP Telegram channel, and valid for 30 days.
- Monthly Cash Boost (Platinum VIP and above): based on the previous calendar month, released early in the month with a claim link by email and on the VIP Telegram channel, valid for 30 days.
Both boosts are personalised and not guaranteed. Their value depends on four things combined: total bets, the games played and their house edge, wins and losses, and VIP level. Bets in poker, racebook and the Trader game do not count, and all baccarat games are excluded. That last rule matters to live players: a BetOnline regular who plays only live baccarat earns no Cash Boost from it, so blackjack or roulette are the live games that count. BetOnline’s VIP ladder also climbs slowly on casino play, since sportsbook and racebook wagers earn three times more Reward Points than casino bets.
Bovada: what “Get 20% Back” really is
Bovada’s promotions page lists a “Get 20% Back” offer, and it is easy to read it as casino cashback. Its terms say otherwise. It is Parlay Insurance: build a football parlay of at least four selections (spread, moneyline, totals or soccer 3-way moneyline), with combined odds of +100 or better and each leg at -300 or better, and if it loses by exactly one selection Bovada refunds 20% of the losing stake, up to $100, as cash credit. That credit carries a 12x sports wagering requirement and is paid every Monday for the previous week’s settled bets. Cashed-out bets and round robins are excluded. Nothing in it applies to the casino or the live dealer lobby.
Bovada’s only casino cashback in October 2026 sits inside its Crypto Rewards Program. Crypto depositors who opt in may receive one weekly benefit, which can be a deposit match, casino free spins, Reward Points or 5% cashback, depending on overall play and weekly crypto deposits over $30. The stated casino playthrough is 25x, and Bovada says rewards vary per player. Live dealer players should also know that Bovada Rewards gives 0 points on live casino play, against 3 per $1 on slots, so live play builds no loyalty value there. The crypto side of these offers is covered on our Bitcoin bonuses page.
Ignition: Miles instead of cashback
Ignition’s promotions page advertises a welcome bonus, weekly boosts, Ignition Rewards and poker promotions, but no standing casino cashback in October 2026. Its bonus terms mention cashback and insurance bonuses among the bonus types it may issue, so a targeted offer can appear in your account with its own terms. The regular rebate is Ignition Miles, earned on real-money play and exchanged in the Rewards Store for casino bonus cash.
| Game | Miles per $1 | Value at Steel (2,500 Miles = $1) | Value at Diamond (1,000 Miles = $1) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | 3 | $1.20 per $1,000 wagered (0.12%) | $3.00 per $1,000 wagered (0.3%) |
| Table games | 0.5 | $0.20 per $1,000 wagered (0.02%) | $0.50 per $1,000 wagered (0.05%) |
| Live dealer | Not published separately | Not published | Not published |
Even at the top tier, the table-game rate returns about 0.05% of turnover, and the bonus cash it buys carries a rollover at a casino where live games count 0%. For a live player at Ignition, Miles are a small extra, not a cashback substitute. Our VIP bonuses guide sets out the full tier tables.
How to judge any cashback offer
Cashback headlines are easy to inflate. Before you count on one, check these points in the terms:
- Net or gross losses? Net losses (losses minus wins over the period) are the norm. A rebate on gross losses would be far more generous and is rare.
- Loss-based or turnover-based? Loss-based pays only in losing periods; turnover-based pays on every eligible bet.
- Paid as cash or bonus? Cash with no rollover (BetOnline) or 1x (MyBookie) is real money. Bonus credit at 12x or 25x is a small bonus.
- Which games count? BetOnline excludes all baccarat from Cash Boosts; Bovada’s Get 20% Back covers football parlays only.
- Caps and minimums. MyBookie caps weekly rakeback between $500 and $2,500 by tier, with a $1 minimum.
- Claim window and expiry. MyBookie rakeback must be claimed by Sunday night; BetOnline boosts expire after 30 days; BetOnline rakeback never expires.
- Is it guaranteed? BetOnline’s Cash Boosts and Bovada’s crypto perks are personalised and discretionary, so a past payment is no promise of the next.
Cashback vs a welcome bonus for live players
For a live dealer player, cashback usually beats a deposit match. Welcome bonuses at all four sites count live dealer games at 0% or exclude them, so the match locks your deposit without helping you clear it. A no-rollover or 1x rebate pays on the play you actually do. The two are not exclusive: you can decline the welcome bonus, deposit with your own money, and still collect rakeback. Our live casino bonus guide compares the welcome offers, and the reload bonus guide covers deposit-based offers for existing players.
The edge matters too. Cashback makes the most difference on games you already play with discipline. On live baccarat, for example, a 5% rebate takes the Banker bet’s average cost from $106 to about $100.70 per $10,000; it does nothing to rescue a Tie bet. Our live baccarat guide and live roulette guide explain the house edge of each bet.
How we checked these programmes
We read each operator’s own cashback, rakeback, rewards and promotion terms in October 2026 through a US connection, and listed only programmes with published terms. Where a percentage or eligibility rule is not published, we say so instead of borrowing a figure from a review site. No deposits were made for this guide. The ratings on the cards follow our rating method.
Is it legal to claim these offers in the US?
Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island). Maine legalised a tribal-only online casino market (LD 1164, which became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026 and takes effect on 29 July 2026) that had not launched as of October 2026. Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline hold no US state licence, and each excludes some states.
Regulators have acted against several of them. On 3 October 2024 the Massachusetts Attorney General sent a cease-and-desist letter to the operators of Bovada. Michigan’s Gaming Control Board ordered MyBookie to cease operations in January 2025 and issued cease-and-desist orders to BetOnline’s operators on 28 April 2025. If an offshore site withholds a rebate or winnings under its terms, there is no state regulator to complain to and your balance is not protected by a US licence. Check the law where you live before you deposit.
Play within limits
Cashback softens losses; it does not remove them, and chasing a higher tier to earn a bigger rebate means betting more. Set a deposit and time limit before you play and treat any rebate as a small discount, not income. Our responsible gambling page lists tools and helplines. Cashback bonus FAQs
Which US-facing casino has the best cashback for live dealer players?
MyBookie and BetOnline. MyBookie+ pays weekly casino rakeback of 2.5% to 10% of your net weekly losses, depending on tier, in cash with a 1x rollover, and live casino bets earn loyalty points at the same rate as slots. BetOnline’s Casino Rakeback is paid in cash with no rollover at every VIP level, although it does not publish the percentage or say which live tables qualify.
Is Bovada’s “Get 20% Back” a casino cashback bonus?
No. It is Parlay Insurance for the sportsbook: if a football parlay of four or more legs misses by exactly one leg, Bovada refunds 20% of the loss, up to $100, as cash credit with a 12x sports wagering requirement. Casino and live dealer play do not qualify.
Does Ignition offer casino cashback?
Ignition’s promotions page advertised no standing casino cashback programme in October 2026. Its bonus terms list cashback and insurance bonuses among the bonus types it may issue, so any such offer would arrive in your account with its own terms. The regular rebate at Ignition is Ignition Miles, exchanged for casino bonus cash that carries a rollover.
What is the difference between cashback and rakeback?
Cashback is usually a percentage of your net losses over a period, so it pays only when you lose. Rakeback is usually based on how much you bet, whatever the result. MyBookie calls its weekly rebate on net losses “rakeback”, while BetOnline’s Casino Rakeback is calculated from your stake and the house edge of the games you play and does not change with wins or losses.
Do cashback bonuses have wagering requirements?
It depends on the casino. BetOnline’s Casino Rakeback and Cash Boosts have no rollover, MyBookie’s casino rakeback carries a 1x rollover, and Bovada’s crypto reward tier lists a 25x casino playthrough. A 1x or no-rollover cashback is close to cash; at 25x it behaves like a small bonus.
Does live baccarat count for cashback?
At MyBookie, net casino losses count and the terms do not exclude Live Casino. At BetOnline, all baccarat games are excluded from the Weekly and Monthly Cash Boosts, and the rakeback FAQ does not say whether each live table is eligible, so check your rakeback balance after a short session.
How much is a 10% cashback worth on live blackjack?
Less than the headline suggests, because blackjack has a low house edge. At about 0.5% (an illustrative basic-strategy figure), $10,000 of hands costs about $50 on average, and 10% of that is about $5. Cashback is worth more on games with higher edges, such as American roulette at 5.26%.
