Betwinner Casino Review 2026: Not Available to US Players

Betwinner does not accept players from the United States. Its own terms name “the U.S.A or the U.S.A dependencies” on the list of explicitly forbidden territories, and a visitor on a US connection gets an “Access denied” page instead of the site, so skip to our US-friendly live casinos below. Elsewhere, Betwinner is a large Curacao-licensed sportsbook and casino with one of the deepest live dealer lobbies around, run through several companies and mirror domains.

Restricted countries and what US visitors see

Section 1 of Betwinner’s General Terms, as served on betwinner2.com in October 2026, says access may be illegal in “certain countries (including, for example, the USA, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, the Netherlands, etc.)”. It then gives a hard list of explicitly forbidden territories: Australia, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the U.S.A. or its dependencies, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire and Saba.

We loaded betwinner.com through a US residential connection on 6 October 2026. The page returned was a short block notice: “Access denied! This website is not available in your country”, with no sign-up form. A German connection got the same notice. Connections from other countries were routed to different domains: Canada to betwinner2.com, Nigeria to betwinner.ng, Kenya to betwinner.ke, and India and Brazil to numbered mirror domains.

Using a VPN to get around the block is a bad idea. The terms let Betwinner close the account of anyone it finds living in a forbidden country, and it then refunds the remaining balance minus any winnings credited after your latest deposit. Identity checks before withdrawal make discovery likely, so a US player could lose every win.

Licence and operating companies

Betwinner is a brand, not a single company, and the footer you see depends on the domain you land on. Here is what each source said in October 2026.

betwinner2.com: Luckyroo N.V.

The footer names Luckyroo N.V., registration no. 163606, at 17-C Seru Loraweg, Curacao, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1371/0694 since 7 November 2024, under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK, P.B. 2024, no. 157). Payments are processed by Five Scatters Invest Ltd of Nicosia, Cyprus. We opened the CGA certificate linked from that footer on cert.cga.cw: it confirms the same company, number and grant date, with status Active.

betwinner.com: Prevailer B.V.

Betwinner’s guidebook (guidebook.betwinner.com) says betwinner.com is owned and managed by Prevailer B.V., company no. 149548, Chuchubiweg 17, Willemstad, with billing by Harbesina Ltd (HE 405135) of Limassol. It cites CGA licence OGL/2024/341/0759, granted on 28 March 2025. That 2025 licence replaced Prevailer’s old sublicence under the pre-2024 master-licence system (8048/JAZ), a number that an out-of-date footer on the Indian mirror domain still showed in October 2026.

What that means for you

Curacao’s 2024 law replaced the old master-licence model with direct CGA licences, and both Betwinner companies now hold one. That is better than the old setup, but it is still an offshore licence. The CGA does not mediate individual disputes: you complain to the casino first, then to one of the 7 CGA-certified ADR bodies (list dated 31 Aug 2026). For US residents there is no route at all, because the site is not offered to you.

Earlier versions of this review named Marikit Holdings Ltd as owner. That name no longer appears on any Betwinner page we checked.

Is Betwinner part of 1xBet?

Industry coverage usually calls Betwinner a 1xBet sister brand. The resemblance is obvious: the menus, bet types (Advancebet, Multi-LIVE, Toto-15, “Accumulator of the Day”), bonus mechanics and terms structure are close to 1xBet’s. Betwinner’s terms and guidebook do not mention 1xBet, though, and we found no first-party document that confirms shared ownership, so we treat it as a family resemblance rather than a proven corporate link.

Regulator actions

We searched regulator lists and press for decisions that name Betwinner itself and found no fine, licence suspension or US state cease-and-desist order against the brand as of October 2026. Several regulated markets block unlicensed sites in general, Brazil among them. Visitors from India and Brazil were routed to numbered mirror domains rather than betwinner.com. The absence of a published action is not an endorsement.

Betwinner Live Casino: First Impressions

The live section is where Betwinner earns its place on this site. Its own casino guide lists Winfinity, Evolution, Swintt, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, TVBET, 7 Mojos, Authentic Gaming, Absolute Live Gaming, SA Gaming, Ho Gaming, Lucky Streak, Asia Gaming, Atmosfera, Super Spade Games, Gameplay Interactive, Fazi, Playtech Live, G24 and El Casino. Few sites carry that many studios.

Only registered account holders can open the live tables. Filters let you browse by provider, and each table tile shows its bet range in the corner. Among the featured tables in the guide are Cabaret Roulette, Venice Roulette, Bar Roulette 2000X, Quantum Auto Roulette, Hindi Roulette, Soirée Blackjack, Tao Yuan Baccarat, Fortune Baccarat and a VIP No Commission Speed Cricket Baccarat, which shows the mix of European, Indian and Asian studios.

Bonuses, not games, are the weak point: the welcome offers are designed for slots and sports accumulators, so a live player will mostly be playing with cash.

Sports first-deposit bonus

The First Deposit offer matched 100% of the first deposit up to 160.16 CAD (roughly €100), from a minimum of 1.6 CAD. Before depositing, fill in your profile, confirm your phone number and tick “Take part in bonus offers”. Wagering is five times the bonus in accumulator bets with at least three selections, each at odds of 1.40 or higher, within 30 days of registration.

Casino welcome package

The promotions page advertised a welcome package of up to €1,500 + 150 free spins. Betwinner’s guidebook splits it over four casino deposits:

The guide says casino bonuses are commonly wagered 35 times the bonus amount within 7 days, that game weighting applies, and that live casino games may be excluded. The casino cashback page adds that all bonus types are disabled for cryptocurrency deposits. Check the active bonus card in your account before you accept, because the terms there override the guide.

Worked example

Deposit €100 into the casino and take the first tier: you receive €100 in bonus funds and 30 free spins. At 35x the bonus, you need €3,500 in qualifying bets within seven days, which is €500 a day. If live games count 0%, a live blackjack player clears none of that, so the bonus mainly suits slot players. On the sports side, a €100 bonus at 5x means €500 in three-leg accumulators at 1.40 or longer per leg.

Other promotions

The list in October 2026 included a 100% Thursday reload, a 50% Monday bonus up to €300, 3% weekly sports cashback, a casino VIP cashback ladder with eight levels starting at Copper, a promo-code store, a birthday bonus, a bonus for a series of losing bets, and slot tournaments. Only one bonus per person, household, IP address or payment method is allowed.

Banking: deposits and withdrawals

The cashier shows methods for your country only. Depending on market, that means Visa and Mastercard, e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller and Jeton, AstroPay vouchers, local mobile money, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies. The key rules in section 25.2 of the terms:

1. Turnover before withdrawal: your bets must add up to at least the sum of your deposits at odds of 1.1 or higher, and covering opposite outcomes in roulette, baccarat, craps or dice does not count.
2. Same-method payouts: you withdraw to the details you deposited with, proportionally if you used several methods, and all payment instruments must be in your name.
3. Processing time: requests are handled 24/7, but processing can take up to seven business days depending on the method.
4. Documents: if asked for ID and proof of payment, you have one month to send them, or the withdrawal can be suspended and funds forfeited. Verification of documents takes up to 72 hours, and video checks can take longer.
5. Fees: a service charge applies to BTC deposits and withdrawals; Betwinner says it usually reimburses other payment-system charges but may decide not to.

Accounts inactive for three months can be blocked, and unblocking goes through [email protected]. A blocked account loses access to every site linked to the company, not only the one you signed up on.

Good fit: players in countries Betwinner serves who want sports and casino on one account, a live lobby with Asian and Indian tables you rarely see together, and small minimum deposits in local currency.

Look elsewhere: anyone in the US, UK, Australia, France, Spain or the Netherlands; live dealer fans who want a bonus that works at the tables; and players who want a licence with a strong complaints process. Where a country has its own regulated market, a locally licensed site gives you more protection than Curacao.
