HoGaming Review 2026: Live Dealer Studio, Licences and US Access

HoGaming is still online in 2026, but it is a small, low-profile live dealer supplier, and US players will not find its tables at state-licensed casinos or at the main offshore sites. The company now presents itself as a live dealer software and management business with a Malta office address, and it says it works with third-party live studios. We could not confirm the Isle of Man licence our earlier review relied on, and its last published news dates from 2022.

Updated October 2026. Our previous review called HoGaming an Isle of Man licensed studio with tables in the Philippines and Estonia, playable on mobile through Flash, and suggested US players could find it at “names you can trust”. Most of that no longer holds, or never could be checked. This version sets out what HoGaming says about itself today, what the regulators’ registers show, which games it supplies and where American players can actually play live dealer games. We removed the old casino list, which carried brands that do not accept US players.

American players have two realistic routes, and neither involves HoGaming. Eight states have legalised online casinos; seven markets are live (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI); Maine legalised a tribal-only market (LD 1164: became law without the governor’s signature in January 2026, effective 29 Jul 2026) that has not launched (Oct 2026). State-licensed casinos in the live states run tables from approved studios; our Evolution Gaming review covers the largest of them. Offshore risk: Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline are offshore with no US state licence, and each excludes some states, listed in its card. What HoGaming Is in 2026

HoGaming describes itself as a “Live Dealer provider and software management Company”. Its homepage lists four products: an online live casino, live dealer software supplied as a managed service, bespoke RNG games, and a management system with reporting, risk tools, game configuration and limits management. In short, it sells operators a ready-made live casino vertical rather than marketing to players.

The bigger change is in who runs the tables. HoGaming’s site now says it “works with third-party Live Studio stream providers” and invites studio owners to contact it. That is a different model from the one our old review described, in which HoGaming filmed its own games in its own studios. In practice, a casino showing a HoGaming table today may be streaming from a partner studio, with HoGaming supplying the software, interface and back office.

The company’s own figures are modest: more than 200 clients, more than 15 years in business, five offices worldwide and more than 30 employees, according to its About page. hogaming.com now redirects to hogaming.eu. English and Chinese versions exist, and the Chinese pages were added in August 2025. Its news section, though, has not been updated since an ICE London 2022 post in April 2022.

The latest trade press coverage we found is from August 2023, when distributor QTech Games announced it had added HoGaming’s live dealer and RNG content to its platform. Before that, in 2020, HoGaming signed a distribution agreement with SoftGamings aimed at CIS, European, Asian and Latin American operators. B2B aggregators such as Slotegrator and Upgaming also list HoGaming in their provider catalogues. That is how most casinos would add its tables: through an aggregator, not a direct deal.

History and Ownership

HoGaming has always been light on public detail. SoftGamings’ provider profile says it was founded by Stanley Ho Willers, who still leads it, and that it is a private, family-owned business with no published revenue or staff figures. The same profile says HoGaming has produced real-time live dealer software since 1999. Our earlier review added that the founding family had run land-based gambling operations in Macau for about 40 years and that the HoGaming brand appeared in 2006. We could not find a primary source for either claim, so treat them as the company’s own story rather than established fact.

One common confusion is worth clearing up. The name invites a link with the late Stanley Ho, the Macau casino tycoon behind SJM, but we found no evidence connecting HoGaming or Stanley Ho Willers to him or to SJM.

Licences: What We Could and Could Not Confirm

This is where our old review was weakest. It said HoGaming was “based in and licensed out of the Isle of Man”. On 6 October 2026 we checked the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission’s online gambling licensee register and software supplier register (both updated 2 October 2026) and its list of former licence holders. None lists a company under the HoGaming or Ho Gaming name. The licence may have been held by an entity with a different name, but HoGaming does not publish one, so we cannot confirm it.

Industry directories, such as the SoftGamings provider profile, say HoGaming’s studios are regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and that its RNG software was tested by labs such as TST. We found no PAGCOR licence number or register entry for HoGaming. Its Malta address does not by itself mean a Malta Gaming Authority licence, and we found none.

HoGaming’s own website, notably, lists no licence and no testing certificate at all. That does not make it a rogue supplier, but it means the protection you get comes from the casino’s licence, not the game provider’s. If you see HoGaming tables at a casino, check who licenses that casino and how complaints are handled before you deposit. We found no fines or enforcement actions against HoGaming on the registers we checked.

For US regulators, the picture is clear. We found no approval for HoGaming from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board or the Michigan Gaming Control Board, the three states with the largest live dealer markets. Live tables at licensed US casinos come from approved studios such as Evolution.

HoGaming Studios

Older profiles of HoGaming put its studios in the Philippines and describe two set-ups, which HoGaming’s own 2021 news posts confirm by name:

• Classic Studio: 15 live dealer tables offering Traditional Baccarat, No Commission Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo. HoGaming said the Classic set-up had been “an instant success in the European market”.
• Grand Studio: 5 live dealer tables with Traditional Baccarat, No Commission Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, launched as a premium-styled alternative and announced in December 2021.

In 2020 HoGaming added studios in Latvia and Armenia, which CEO Stanley Ho Willer (as the announcement spelled his name) linked to resilience against disruptions such as the pandemic. Those sites also supported Turkish and Russian language tables for Eastern European and Middle Eastern markets. Our old review mentioned Estonia, but we found no source for an Estonian studio, so we have dropped it. Today HoGaming does not say which studios it runs itself and which belong to partners.

HoGaming Live Dealer Games

HoGaming’s product range has stayed small and Asia-leaning: five live games plus RNG titles. The table below lists the features HoGaming advertises for each, alongside the standard house edge for the main bets, so you can compare them with other studios. Payout tables can vary by casino, so check the rules panel at the table.

Live Baccarat

Baccarat is HoGaming’s core game and the one most of its tables run. The Classic Studio offers traditional, no commission and speed versions; the Grand Studio offers traditional and no commission. Road maps and statistics panels cater to Asian players who track patterns, although past results have no effect on the next hand. On a no commission table the Banker usually pays 1:1 except on a winning Banker 6, which pays half; that rule lifts the Banker edge to 1.46% with 8 decks. Live Roulette

HoGaming’s roulette is European single-zero, with the usual history panels and an autoplay option. Our old review mentioned two camera angles and Classic and Turbo view modes. On a single-zero wheel the house edge is 2.70% on every standard bet, against 5.26% on a double-zero American wheel. See our live roulette guide for bet types and odds.

Live Blackjack

Tables have seven seats with a bet behind option when they are full. HoGaming advertises an RTP of 99.41%, which assumes basic strategy; side bets carry a much higher edge. Our live blackjack guide covers basic strategy and how table rules shift the odds.

Dragon Tiger

Dragon Tiger is a one-card game: one card to the Dragon, one to the Tiger, highest wins. It is closer to Casino War than to baccarat in play, though it shares baccarat’s scoreboards. When the hand ties, Dragon and Tiger bets lose half, which is where the 3.73% edge comes from. Our old review said few studios offered it; today Evolution and most Asian studios do. Sic Bo

Sic bo is a three-dice game popular across Asia. Big and Small are the best bets at a 2.78% house edge; single-number totals and triples carry much higher edges. HoGaming’s version adds multi-view and hot and cold number panels. Our sic bo guide lists every bet and its odds.

RNG Games

Alongside live tables, HoGaming supplies HTML5 RNG games, which it describes as mobile-focused with jackpots and free spins. Our old review counted more than 30 slots plus table games and video poker, and said EvoPlay titles appeared in the catalogue; we could not confirm either detail on HoGaming’s current site.

Interface, Mobile and Languages

Our earlier review said HoGaming’s mobile games ran on Flash. Flash reached end of life in December 2020, and HoGaming now says its live casino uses HTML5 with “cinema-level cameras”, aimed at smooth play “even on the smallest devices”. In February 2022 it announced a redesigned user interface. The old review also described Classic, Grand and Turbo view modes, five betting ranges per game and a multi-table option in the Grand interface. HoGaming’s site no longer details those modes, so limits and layouts depend on how each casino configures the tables.

Language support has shifted with the markets. The old review listed English, Chinese and Russian; the 2020 SoftGamings announcement added Turkish and Russian tables; today’s website runs in English and Chinese. Expect most tables to be dealt in English or Chinese, with Asian-style scoreboards.

If you like HoGaming’s baccarat-heavy style, several other studios offer the same games with more transparency. Asia Gaming and SA Gaming focus on Asian baccarat, Dragon Tiger and sic bo. In October 2026 we read HoGaming’s website (homepage, About, Contact, product and news pages, plus its WordPress publishing dates), the Isle of Man GSC registers, and dated trade press from iGaming Business, European Gaming and Gamblers Post. Is HoGaming legit?

HoGaming is a real B2B company with a working website, a Malta office address and published distribution deals with SoftGamings (2020) and QTech Games (2023). We could not confirm a current gambling licence in its own name: it does not appear on the Isle of Man GSC registers, and its website lists no licence. Judge any casino carrying its tables by that casino’s own licence.

Does HoGaming accept US players?

HoGaming does not deal with players directly; it supplies casinos. We found no approval for HoGaming from New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan regulators, so its tables are not at state-licensed US casinos. Bovada, Ignition, MyBookie and BetOnline do not carry HoGaming tables either (lobbies checked October 2026).

Who owns HoGaming?

Industry profiles describe HoGaming as a private, family-owned company founded and run by Stanley Ho Willers, who was named as CEO in its 2020 SoftGamings announcement and its 2023 QTech Games announcement. No corporate filing naming the owner is public, and we found no evidence that it is linked to the late Macau casino magnate Stanley Ho or his SJM group.

Our Verdict on HoGaming

HoGaming is a niche B2B supplier with a narrow, Asia-leaning set of live games and a business that has moved from running its own studios towards software and third-party streams. It is still online, but it publishes no licence, its news stopped in 2022, and the Isle of Man licence our old review promised could not be found. For US players, it is not an option at all: no state-licensed casino carries it, and neither do the main offshore sites. Use a state-licensed casino if you live in one of the seven live states, or weigh the offshore risks above before you sign up anywhere else.
