Bitkingz Live Casino: First Impressions
Bitkingz stands out for its theme: a medieval kingdom where your VIP rank climbs from Settler to King. Behind the theme is a conventional multi-provider casino with a very large slots catalogue and a deep live section.
The live lobby is split into Hot, Show, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and Card categories. Expect dozens of blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables, game shows such as Dream Catcher, Monopoly Live and Crazy Time, and Asian games like Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar.
The main weakness for live players is the bonus terms. The welcome package is built for slots, and live games count 0% towards wagering, so live players get little value from the deposit bonuses. The instant cashback is the exception: live bets do earn it, just at a slower rate than slots.
Licence and owner
Bitkingz shows different terms and conditions depending on the country you visit from. We read two versions in October 2026: the one served to visitors from Canada and the one served to visitors from New Zealand. Both name the operator as Novatrix SRL, company number 3-102-893958, registered in Oreamuno, Cartago, Costa Rica. The licence differs:
- Canadian-facing terms and site footer: licence no. ALSI-202508056-FI2 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
- New Zealand-facing terms: e-gaming licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, with Vixatrix Limited of Limassol, Cyprus also named.
Earlier reviews, including the previous version of this page, listed Dama N.V. and a Curacao licence; the brand has since moved to the current company. Section numbers quoted below refer to the Canadian-facing version unless we say otherwise.
What this means in practice: an offshore licence from Anjouan or Tobique offers far less player protection than a state licence in New Jersey or a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority. The casino also reserves the right to close accounts at its discretion (section 9.3). Treat it as an offshore casino and keep only what you can afford to lose in the account.
Restricted countries
Because the terms vary by visitor country, so does the restricted list. Both versions we read bar real-money play from:
- the United States and the United Kingdom
- Belarus, Cyprus, Georgia, Iran, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Poland and Russia
The Canadian-facing version (section 3.1) also lists Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany and Spain. The New Zealand-facing version (section 2.4) instead adds Afghanistan, the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick, China, Cuba, Israel, Venezuela and several other countries under sanctions or conflict. If your country appears in either list, do not sign up.
A second, longer list in the bonus terms (section 5.2.1) blocks the welcome package in about 50 more countries, including Finland, India, Morocco, Nigeria, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. Players there can still register but cannot claim the welcome bonus. The terms also require you to confirm that you are not using a VPN.

Worked example
Deposit €100 with code BK1 and you receive a €150 bonus. At 45x, that is €6,750 in slot bets before you can withdraw. Try to clear it on blackjack at 5% contribution and you would need €135,000 in table bets, and live blackjack would not count at all. There is also a cap: for match bonuses of 100% to 199%, the most you can withdraw from bonus play is 30 times the deposit, so €3,000 in this example.
Daily offers and cashback
After three deposits you can claim one Daily Booster per day: Daily Free Spins (code SPINS, up to 100 spins), a Daily Reload of 20% to 40% up to €/$500 (code RELOAD, 45x), or Daily Cash of 10% up to €/$100 (code CASH) with no wagering. “Instant” is the processing time the site advertises; withdrawals still wait for identity checks. On top of the per-transaction limits, the Canadian-facing terms cap withdrawals at €3,000 per week and €15,000 per month, or €5,000 and €20,000 for VIP club members.
